Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method. unless we agree otherwise. The date the refund will be credited to your account depends on your account provider. But usually between 14-30 days from the date of cancellation.

The store does not accept exchanges or returns. “It cannot be exchanged or returned” if the product has been used.
